CALVES OF HULK!!!

How player A got her shapely calves
  1. Calf raises 3X17reps ( both legs)
  2. Jump alot
  3. Walk with toes touching the ground only... ( so the heel is lifted up) You do it to the extend you have problems with your Achilles heel
